I was looking for something that I could use to view dialogs in resource files. Resource Builder did not seem to do that.

Just try I downloaded and used the program just to modify a text message in an old system developed in VB5 (argh). The software looks ok, anyway.

I dont knw why the download has spaces, i mean the book is not complete. there are gaps in between words, some words and sometimes sentences are missing. its not good especailly because money was spent buying it.
PHR Certification Exam Guide I was disappointed in the guide as some of the text was missing throughout. View page eight for an example of what I experienced throughout the pdf document. Because of this I considered it to have little value. I certainly would not recommend it to my classes in its current state. If this is something that can be easily fixed I would appreciate an updated copy with all the text. My second disappointment was that the copy right is 2006.
